Hello, I did a first NEW review, and shared some concerns on
d/copyright, in particular:
* the catchall `Files: *` stanza has two licenses, but the LICENSES/ directory
has three; does the CC one need to be listed?
* CONTRIBUTING.md in the fist paragraph mentions that the licenses are in "and"
relationship, not "or" relationship ("or" is for dual/triple licensed projects,
where any license alone can apply, but here we need all licenses to be
respected at the same time)
* The copyright owner for debian/* needs to be Canonical Ltd.
* lrc(1) is quite unhappy. It can have many false positives, but normally it
shouldn't be *that* unhappy. False positives can be excluded via a
debian/lrc.config file, see lrc(1).
For more info on how NEW license compliance is reviewed see:

compliance-with-the-software-license
