Public bug reported:

Expected Behavior:
The laptop screen should render background colors normally across the entire
panel without any visual artifacts or edge discoloration.

Actual Behavior:
A bright orange or red vertical line appears prominently along the left edge of
the screen, with a milder tint on the right side screen, during the active
Ubuntu desktop session.

Hardware & Software Environment:
- Laptop Model: Dell Vostro 15 3530
- Graphics: Intel Integrated Graphics
- Display Server: Wayland (Verified via XDG_SESSION_TYPE)

Isolation Details:
1. When entering the hardware BIOS/UEFI setup screen, the display works
completely normally with absolutely zero orange lines or bleeding. The problem
only triggers when loading into the Ubuntu GUI environment.
2. Toggling the "Color Management" built-in screen profile switch OFF does not
remove the lines.
3. Turning "Enhanced Tiling" options OFF in Ubuntu Desktop settings does not
resolve the issue.
