I can see two problems,
1. The vulkan initialization fails. Presumably something required by
g-r-d is missing in the RK3588 / Panthor graphics stack. Please can you
run,
sudo apt install vulkan-tools
vulkaninfo &> /tmp/vulkaninfo.txt
And attach /tmp/vulkaninfo.txt here.
2. After failing to initialize Vulkan, it falls back to software
rendering and pipewire fails to get buffers. Please gather more detailed
pipewire logs for that,
pw-metadata -n settings 0 log.level 4
# reproduce the g-r-d failure, and adjust time based on how long it took you
journalctl --user -u pipewire.service --since '5 min ago' > /tmp/pw-debug.log
# reset back to normal
pw-metadata -n settings 0 log.level 2
And attach /tmp/pw-debug.log here
