Expected behaviour;
USB mouse and keyboard work when system is started.
Observed behaviour:
wired usb mouse and keyboard do not work after system (re-)start. only replug
the docking cable helps.
this was not the case a few weeks ago. I booted kernel 6.8.0-64 and the issue
does not occur.
