Problem:
The Intel AX211 wireless adapter disconnects randomly during normal operation.
Kernel logs repeatedly report:
- Error sending SYSTEM_STATISTICS_CMD
- Device error - SW reset
- Queue 1 is stuck
- WRT: Collecting data
- restart completed
The firmware crashes, resets and reconnects repeatedly.
Troubleshooting already performed:
- Updated BIOS to latest available version
- Removed custom iwlwifi module configuration
- Rebuilt initramfs
- Tested multiple kernels (OEM and HWE)
- Disabled Wi-Fi power management
- Issue occurs on office Wi-Fi and mobile hotspot
- Issue persists after reboot
- Firmware version:

This appears to be an Intel iwlwifi firmware/driver issue rather than an
