Public bug reported:
The lerc package (version 4.1.1+ds-1) fails to build from source in the
stonking proposed pocket on all building architectures.
Diagnosis:
The C++ Lerc::CntZImage::read API changed signature in 4.1.1, causing
dpkg-gensymbols to fail due to missing and new symbols in
debian/liblerc4.symbols.
The debian/liblerc4.symbols file must be updated by a maintainer to
reflect the new ABI.
