Public bug reported:
Launchpad didn't recognize the 'tasks' section until now which required
blendsel to carry an Ubuntu delta to overwrite the section to
'metapackages'.
This has now be fixed (by manually adding tasks) which means the Ubuntu
delta can be dropped.
LP root cause:
The section table is a large allowlist which mostly gets autopopulated by the
debian importer (gina), but in Debian they do an override of the Source to
section "admin" (but keep the binaries in section "tasks"), and we only import
debian sources so the "tasks" section was never added.
