* task-japanese-gnome*-desktop: Don't recommend thunderbird.
* task-chinese-s-desktop: Remove goldendict-ng from Recommends.
* Remove direct Recommends: im-config since input methods already recommend
it.
* Consistently use tabs in d/control.

* task-chinese-*-desktop: remove 'Suggests: fonts-arphic-ukai,
fonts-arphic-uming'; fonts-noto-cjk is already in Recommends, and that is
way more common these days.
* task-chinese-t-kde-desktop: switch from fcitx to ibus input method, since
fcitx is broken for Traditional Chinese currently. Closes: #1120735.
