i've followed all the steps above and still cant get this to work. the
last thing i have done is extract neo_cgi.so from the deb mentioned
above and copied it to /usr/local/lib/python2.5/site-packages/neo_cgi.so
however I am still getting this error from Trac ::

Someone mentioned running ldconfig but that has made no difference either.....
have i missed a step or is this another bug?
