There is no Nvidia kernel driver installed here, and the open source
driver has been disabled with 'nouveau.modeset=0'. So it is expected
that the monitor won't work.
Please use the 'ubuntu-drivers' command to install (or reinstall) a
supported Nvidia driver. If you already had one installed previously
then this might be a packaging/upgrade bug so let us know.
