Public bug reported:
I've seen 5 times this year Bash crashing. All occurred when I
accidentally pressed Meta+Shift+I to show /etc/hosts-related things,
then I pressed another key. It occurred when I meant to press Ctrl+D or
Ctrl+C, but I couldn't reproduce the crash with them, so I must've
pressed another key. During all crashes, my Konsole window was narrow
enough to cause `--More--` to show. I might've also see other variations
of glibc memory corruption messages.
