Problem:
After suspend, the system resumes normally but the internal display remains
black.
Observed behavior:
- System resumes successfully.
- Network reconnects.
- Bluetooth reconnects.
- No kernel panic.
- Display remains black.
- The issue does not occur with kernel 7.0.0-27.
Regression:
The issue appears to have been introduced between 7.0.0-27 and 7.0.0-28.
