Cant restore accidentally closed dolphine window
1. have multiple dolphine windows with multiple tabs open
2. have some app open
3. close the app
4. app doesnt responds.
5. close again app
6. the other app closes and 2nd closing closes next app- dolphin
7. i didnt wanted to close dolphin
8. ctrl+shift+t doesnt work, not restoring closed window with all work opened
