Thank you for providing the requested diagnostic information. We now
have the details needed to continue investigating this issue. I am
assigning this bug for further review by someone who works on HP
hardware issues. Could you also provide an output of `cat
/boot/config-7.0.0-28-generic | grep PINCTRL_AMD`? I am also running the
same kernel version right now as you do and AMD pinctrl should be built-
in apparently. You could also possibly verify whether AMD pinctrl driver
is running in kernel via `sudo grep -E
'amd_gpio_(probe|driver|irq_handler)' /proc/kallsyms`.
