@Renan Could you run the same command, upsd -FF, in a terminal to check how is the error?
One question non-related to the issue, but I don't want to open a new bug report just because of that. Shouldn't we remove the "+really" from the package names? It seems that nos is being used. Right now on Resolute is "2.8.4+really-2". It seems that has nothing after the really part informing the real version.
