Update: I performed some additional testing.
First, I booted the system without the amdgpu.dc=0 kernel parameter. When the black screen appeared, I unplugged and reconnected the monitor cable to the graphics card. The display immediately came back, I reached the desktop, and the system finished booting successfully. After that, I completely removed the amdgpu.dc=0 parameter from GRUB. Since then, the system has been booting normally on both cold boots and reboots, including with kernel 7.0.0-28, without requiring the monitor cable to be reconnected. However, after installing another package update today, the black screen appeared again. This time, reconnecting the monitor cable did not help. After performing a hard reboot, the system started working normally again. It seems that something during boot, or immediately after installing package updates, can leave the display initialization in a bad state.
