Public bug reported:
The sslscan package requires invasive changes to support OpenSSL 4, and
upstream has not responded to a bug report yet. Unblocking the OpenSSL
transition is critical, and so the immediate solution is to drop
sslscan. This package depends on it, so the first step to achieving that
is to remove the dependency.
