On the same physical PC I have virtual machine with Ubuntu 24.04. And there I
can use gdb without problem, from Ubuntu 24.04:

```
How to reproduce?
1. Make main.cpp file
```
cat <<EOF > main.cpp
#include <iostream>
int main() {

+ std::cout << message << std::endl;
+ return 0;
}

```
2. Compile with Debugging Symbols
```
g++ -g main.cpp -o hello
```
3. Launch GDB
```
gdb -tui ./hello
```
