NTFS driver is no longer supported on Ubuntu's GRUB2. If you believe
this is an issue with upstream GRUB2, please file your issues at
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gnu-grub/.
Additionally the Windows chainloading fix was already staged to be
included in the next Ubuntu GRUB2 release.
