On Lubuntu 26.04, update-manager can't open the cve links that are included in
security updates. Not so long ago, it was possible to do that with the default
browser (Firefox in my case).
This is the error message within a terminal: No default application for
'http://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2026-8357'
