Public bug reported:
On Ubuntu 26.04, the touchpad is detected and the cursor moves normally,
but the two physical touchpad buttons (left and right) do not generate
any click events. Pressing either button has no effect anywhere in the
system.
Solution:
Removing the file /usr/share/libinput/30-vendor-pixart.quirks and
rebooting restores the functionality of both physical touchpad buttons.
