Public bug reported:
Currently, Debian's rustc provides a rust-analyzer binary package.
Ubuntu provides no such package.
While the primary intended use of the rustc Ubuntu package is for building Rust
packages in the archive,
it would still be good to have this package available to Ubuntu developers who
want it. It would also
reduce the differences between the Ubuntu and Debian packages.
