Thunderbolt dock stopped working after a recent software update in
Ubuntu 22.
Monitor, mouse and keyboard connected through the dock are disabled.
The dock and everything connected to it can be re-enabled after power-up
by unplugging and re-plugging the dock to the laptop.
It has worked reliably for years before this issue popped up.
No firmware updates have been made, neither to the dock or the laptop,
when the issue started. Only updates through apt command.
