* Merge with Debian unstable (LP: #2153360). Remaining changes:
- d/rules: when building for Ubuntu, skip all binaries
except for sysvinit-utils.
- d/rules: install sysvinit-utils into /usr.

* New upstream version 3.18. Includes:-
- inittab.5 updates (Closes: #1095701)
- reduce verbosity of inittab.d support (Closes: #1131137)
* d/control:
- update libselinux Build-Depends (lintian).
- bump Standards Version (drop Priority: optional, now it is the
default).
-drop 'R³: no' now it is the default.
* Refresh patches.
* d/copyright: remove sysd2v stanza, dropped upstream.
