@Scott: Then perhaps you're using the non-open variant of nvidia-590 and you 
should look at:
nvidia-dkms-590

Or perhaps you meant you're getting the "package linux-
headers-7.0.0-28-generic 7.0.0-28.28~24.04.1 failed to install/upgrade"
error, in which case, you need to look at the output of 'sudo apt dist-
upgrade' and figure out which package/module is causing that message. If
it's not Nvidia 590, then you're in the wrong bug report, and you should
start your own.
