Public bug reported:

**Bug Title:**
Bluetooth not detected on Ubuntu 26.04 with MediaTek MT7922 (AMD RZ616) after
kernel 7.0.7+

Bluetooth not detected on Ubuntu 26.04 with MediaTek MT7922 (AMD RZ616)

After upgrading to Ubuntu 26.04 (Resolute), Bluetooth is completely
unavailable. The Bluetooth controller is not enumerated at all on the
USB/PCI bus.

System Information:
- OS: Ubuntu 26.04 LTS (Resolute Raccoon)
- Kernel: 7.0.0-28-generic
- Bluetooth chip: AMD RZ616 (MediaTek MT7922)
- WiFi works normally (phy0 Wireless LAN detected)
- Windows and Ubuntu 24.04 both detect Bluetooth normally

Symptoms:
- rfkill shows only WiFi, no Bluetooth
- /sys/class/bluetooth does not exist
- bluetoothctl show returns "No default controller available"
- lspci | grep -i bluetooth returns empty
- lsusb | grep -i bluetooth returns empty
- Bluetooth service status: "skipped, unmet condition check
  ConditionPathIsDirectory=/sys/class/bluetooth"

Related Bugs:
- LP #2145164: Bluetooth device (MT7925) not detected - fixed for MT7925
  in linux 7.0.0-14
- Framework Community: Bluetooth broken on kernel 7.0.7+ with MT7922

Question:
Is this a separate issue from LP #2145164? The MT7925 fix addressed USB
enumeration but MT7922 still has the issue. Is there a separate fix needed
for MT7922?

Environment:
- Hardware: AMD 8845HS (with RZ616 WiFi/BT combo)
- Clean install of Ubuntu 26.04

** Affects: linux (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
