Regression summary

Hardware:
- Intel IPU6 platform
- OV02E10 camera sensor (ACPI device OVTI02E1:00)

Regression window:
- Working kernel: 6.14.x
- Failing kernels: 6.17.x and 7.0.0-28-generic

Symptoms:
- Internal MIPI camera no longer detected
- cam -l reports no cameras
- Sensor is missing from media topology

Relevant observations:

IPU6 is detected successfully:

  intel-ipu6 0000:00:05.0: Found supported sensor OVTI02E1:00
  intel-ipu6 0000:00:05.0: Connected 1 cameras

The camera sensor probe subsequently fails:

  ov02e10 i2c-OVTI02E1:00: failed to write reg 253 val 0
  ov02e10 i2c-OVTI02E1:00: failed to find sensor: -5
  ov02e10 i2c-OVTI02E1:00: probe with driver ov02e10 failed with error -5

INT3472 messages during boot:

  int3472-discrete INT3472:01: cannot find GPIO chip INTC10D1:00, deferring
  int3472-discrete INT3472:0c: cannot find GPIO chip INTC10D1:00, deferring

Additional findings:
- ACPI device INTC10D1:00 exists
- GPIO chip labelled INTC10D1:00 is present
- intel_skl_int3472_discrete and intel_skl_int3472_tps68470 modules are loaded
- intel_ipu6, intel_ipu6_isys and intel_ipu6_psys modules are loaded
- media-ctl shows the IPU6 topology but no OV02E10 sensor entity
- libcamera reports "Available cameras:" with none listed

This appears to be a kernel regression in the OV02E10 / INT3472 / IPU6
camera initialization path introduced between 6.14 and 6.17.
