The sysuser-helper implementation is not compatible with systemd's
sysusers.d, and does not attempt to provide systemd-sysusers. Because of
this, systemd Conflicts: sysuser-helper to avoid issues caused by the
two different implementations being installed. But, this makes runit
uninstallable on systems with systemd.
