Hi,

Thanks for reporting this issue, but we don't accept adding certificates
to the ca-certificates package. We only use Mozilla's trust store as-is
as they are able to oversee the requirements needed to be a trusted CA.

That being said, there are currently two HARICA ca certs in the package:

 HARICA_TLS_ECC_Root_CA_2021.pem
 HARICA_TLS_RSA_Root_CA_2021.pem

Are those not sufficient? Is there a particular site that dosn't work?
