The https://ubuntu-archive-team.ubuntu.com/madison.cgi is slated to be
removed soon. The rmadison script should therefore be updated to use the
Launchpad API, since it has all the necessary data and filters.
After a few conversations we decided to update devscripts directly
instead of adding a madison.cgi compatible endpoint in Launchpad itself
(see bug 2153451), which requires more extensive changes in the package
but should be more sustainable for long term development.
