The only thing I can see going wrong in those files is the list of supported display modes for the HDMI monitor (drminfo.txt) not including the mode it was originally configured for (monitors.txt). Just like your other bug 2162070 and bug 2162158, this seems likely to be caused by a low quality HDMI cable so please try a new one.
