With update-alternatives, configuring the cc alternative to point to
clang, there is no manpage for cc, while if the choice is changed to
gcc, there is a manpage for gcc. It could be there, because there is a
manpage for clang, so it probably is a missing link.
clang package version is 1:18.0-59-exp2
Environment is Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS (really, XUbuntu)
