While trying to install stonking daily (ISO from 'current', time stamp
July 26th or from 'pending' July 30th) I figured out that it hangs at

I tried the snapshot2 image in the past and it worked fine, and tried it
again and it still works fine, on the exact same system/LPAR.
But even here on snapshot2, when I login to the console, I noticed an unusual
output:

Since this line that starts with "start=..." is also the last line that
I see with the last recent images, I thought it might be related ...
This happens if I try to perform an interactive install using subiquity, but
also when trying an autoinstall.

In addition I asked my team mate to try and install with the latest
image on ppc64el (stonking-live-server-ppc64el.iso - 2026-07-26 07:26)
ans she faced the same issue (on two different system):

So we can clearly say that it affected not only s390x, but at least also
ppc64el images (maybe more archs).
