Hi,

I can confirm that the fix works on my installation (Ubuntu Studio 26.04
resolute). I have tested the fix on by enabling the -proposed channel
and running the command

sudo apt install -t resolute-proposed pipewire

After a restart, I opened patchance and the port grouping for qmidiroute
works as expected (input and output ports attached to a single node
instead of multiple scattered nodes). I haven't had the opportunity to
test MIDI hardware though.

Thank you for your time and effort, this is much appreciated!
