KDE next to clock notification history is not clickable
1. have notifiation and dont click it since you are busy working or have zoom
or have do not disturb
2. when free time then want to click notification from notification history
3. cant click in notification history
or sometimes even notification is not in there like in Bug #2162726 or Bug
