Public bug reported:
Evince does not display the cross in some checkboxes. The checkbox
appear without any type of check indicator, nor a X nor a dot or any
other sign inside the checkbox.

What I expected to happen:
the checkbox should be checked with a simple cross inside it.
What happened instead:
The checked checkbox appears instead empty
I precise that while opening the same pdf with Firefox, the checkbox is
checked.
