I'm having a look through the virtualenvwrapper bugs as it seems quite a
few are neglected. I can't reproduce this one under resolute using pypy3
7.3.20+dfsg-4 and virtualenvwrapper 4.8.4-4ubuntu2. The --no-site-
packages and --distribute options are no longer valid in the virtualenv
used in that version, but excluding those, the venv builds and operates
successfully.
I'll set this to "incomplete" for now -- if this is still a problem for
anyone, could they let me know *which* release this is an issue in (and
provide a reproducer)?
