Trying to fix error via status bar on top. What I expected to happen: Run some
internal system commands to repair the error. What happened: Couldn't open
/var/lib/apt/lists/security.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_resolute-security_InRelease-fopen
due to no permission. Step one: You receive an error from the status bar. I
clicked on "Install now". Step 2: Tries to fix the error, but results in Error
code 13. Error message: "E:can not open
/var/lib/apt/lists/security.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_resolute-security_InRelease
- fopen (13: Permission denied), E:The package lists or status file could not
be parsed or opened.
