A bit unsure about the conclusion in #9, looking at the log [0]
currently highlighted by excuses [1] we can clearly see that the grep
command used in the test is not making use of dots:

    grep -q 'class htb .* rate 12Kbit ceil 34359Mbit burst 375000b
cburst 373662b'...

E.g. it is more likely that the version of ovn currently in Noble has
regressed by updates to kernel / iproute2 that introduce a change of
behavior than that this being test bed issue.

The fix was applied upstream in 24.03.8 [2] which is in process of being
SRU'ed [3].

Due to a process error on the OVN Team's part, the SRU got a bit delayed
due to the Resolute update being rejected, and we are in the process of
respinning and uploading that anew.

Once the new version of ovn is in -proposed I would expect this
regression to disappear.
