While trying to recreate/validate the issue on the latest Ubuntu 26.10 ISO [1]
and [2], I'm observing that the guest provision/boot with the latest ISOs is
getting stuck at this point:

[ OK ] Started networkd-dispatcher.servic?atcher daemon for systemd-networkd.
[ OK ] Started snapd.service - Snap Daemon.
Starting snapd.hold.service - Holds Snappy daemon refresh...
[ OK ] Finished snapd.hold.service - Holds Snappy daemon refresh.
[ OK ] Started snap.subiquity.hook.instal?-87db-494b-9daf-5e1709cc0f05.scope.
[ OK ] Started snap.subiquity.subiquity-s?ication subiquity.subiquity-server.
[ OK ] Started snap.subiquity.subiquity-s?cation subiquity.subiquity-service.
[ OK ] Started snap.subiquity.hook.config?-be2c-4716-85d1-d28f15b9e021.scope.

Ubuntu Stonking Stingray (development branch) ubuntu-server ttyS0

connecting... |

..and the installation never proceeds. Looks like the latest x86 ISOs are
broken. We'll need working ISOs for validating this issue.
