My chipset is  AMD RS690MC + ATI SB600, processor AMD Turion64 X2 TL-50

At the first lock-up of touchpad and kboard, then the system shutdowns.

This is the message that temperature applet gives me few seconds before the 
system shutdowns:

I can resolv this problem with the following options to kernel boot: "noapic 
nolapic acpi=off"
