You have to rename iceweasel-scrapbook.{dirs,install,links} to firefox-
scrapbook.{dirs,install,links} for your fix to work.
Also, I'm not sure firefox-scrapbook is the preferred name, since we have also
mozilla-* and mozilla-firefox-*
