I just noticed that for some reason, this patch is not "effective" on Ubuntu 26.04 with rust-coreutils 0.8.0-0ubuntu3:
https://git.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rust- coreutils/tree/debian/patches/require-utility-to-be-invoked-at-matching- path.patch?h=ubuntu/resolute => src/bin/coreutils.rs is not patched: https://git.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rust- coreutils/tree/src/bin/coreutils.rs?h=applied/ubuntu/resolute#n60 See the difference with devel: https://git.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rust- coreutils/tree/debian/patches/require-utility-to-be-invoked-at-matching- path.patch?h=ubuntu/devel So this patch can be removed, right? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2137745 Title: Ubuntu patch prevents custom argv[0] To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rust-coreutils/+bug/2137745/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
