Hi Maxime, you (or anyone else affected) should simply edit the description so that the [Test plan] section describes a reproduction case, i.e., the steps one needs to take to hit the problem and thereby verify that the proposed package fixes the problem.
The proposed package is however not yet available, it will first need to be approved by the SRU team and that's why the test plan needs to be in shape. For more context c.f. [1].
