 * thermald will not be supported on the NovaLake (NVL) platform

[ Test Plan ]

 * On Intel NovaLake platform

 * Boot into Ubuntu

 * Confirm platform
   $ cat /sys/devices/cpu_*/caps/pmu_name
   novalake_hybrid
   novalake_hybrid

 * Verify that the systemd service is active and running
   $ systemctl status thermald

 * Verify that OEM DTT GDDV is loaded
   $ sudo systemctl stop thermald
   $ sudo thermald --no-daemon --adaptive --loglevel=debug | grep -i DataVault
   DV comment: OEM Exported DataVault
