This bug was fixed in the package pipewire - 1.6.8-1ubuntu1

---------------
pipewire (1.6.8-1ubuntu1) stonking; urgency=medium

  * Merge with Debian unstable (LP: #2161850). Remaining changes:
    - Create new binary packages for pipewire and spa modules
      These ones have universe dependencies
    - Enable AAC codec, shipped in libspa-0.2-modules-extra
libfdk-aac is in universe for now (MIR #1977614) but it is a separate
.so which can be included in the libspa-0.2-modules-extra binary
      (LP #1991936)
    - Set -Dbluez5-plc-spandsp to disabled
The spandsp package is in universe and the option doesn't generate a
separate binary which can be moved to extra.
    - Build without onnxruntime on i386
    - Add apport package hook
  * Dropped changes:
    - Enable pipewire jack emulation
+ this never enabled anything. The delta was a mistakenly
checked-in copy of the d/ld.so.conf.d fragment that d/rules
already generates at build time, and both Debian and Ubuntu
        install it to /usr/share/doc/pipewire/examples/ld.so.conf.d,
so jack emulation is opt-in either way. Its only effect was
that d/pipewire-jack.install's glob then also shipped the
spurious amd64 fragment on every other architecture.
    - d/p/git-discarded-qualifiers.patch
+ no longer needed; 1.6.8 builds cleanly without it
