24486294f7e8ec69318c3608edb191d7377735f1 ("Vectorize (inverse) NTT in ML-DSA")
does not apply cleanly and requires commit
3c07701bf542ddfcae2a9d5623fd68b33981fb78 ("Add AVX2 optimized assembly for
ML-DSA NTT")
on top.
