Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kde4-core

My laptop is a Dell D420 and is connected to an external display, the
output is configured as clone but I am only looking at the external
display.

When I start a kde4 session, the "K" menu bar is located at the wrong
position, it's acting as if my main screen (1280x1024) has the same
definition as the laptop screen (1280x800) and therefore the bar is at
about 3/4 of the screen instead of being completely down.

** Affects: meta-kde4 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Summary changed:

- Menu bar incorrectly display with clone display
+ K Menu bar incorrectly positionned with clone display

** Description changed:
