Same issue confirmed on a different model: ThinkPad X9-15 Gen 1 (not
X9-14 as in the original report), kernel 7.0.0-29-generic (linux-
generic, not linux-oem).

No /dev/video* devices, cam --list shows no cameras. Same duplicate
SONY471A/-EEXIST failure as reported for the OEM kernel, confirming this
also affects the generic kernel line and at least one additional X9
model. Happy to test a patch if one becomes available.
