This is probably a known issue with the firmware for the GPU ( bug
2163303 ).
You can revert the bad change with:
cd /lib/firmware/amdgpu/
sudo mv sienna_cichlid_dmcub.bin.zst sienna_cichlid_dmcub.bin.zst.bad
sudo ln -s beige_goby_dmcub.bin.zst sienna_cichlid_dmcub.bin.zst
(Reboot)
